I saw this a few days ago and it shocked me and then really stuck with me through the past few days. To begin with I was horrified by this and disgusted with the driver but now I'm just shocked with how some people in our society think.
I hope you guys can read that because this needs to be shared around the world. Two children lost their lives due to somebody that decided to have one to many drinks and then decided to think it was a good idea to get into their car and drive. Their actions not only destroyed the two children's life's but their parents, their grandparents, aunts and uncles. Their entire family was destroyed by one person's actions. Now before someone says this happens every day around the world why have you made awareness to this one and not others. Firstly I know that which is the problem with this entire situation. This shouldn't be happening everyday, this should be something that has such a low probability of happening that it's not even a worry to anyone. Secondly by saying this you are demeaning somebody's grief, this happens to much and if we were made aware to every crash due to drinking then it would be something that isn't a shock and would become a everyday appearance. The difference between each crash is who is affected by it and so many people are even if it only involves to people in the beginning.
It's time for the world to wake up and start thinking of others. Share this post as much as you can not for me but to make awareness to what could happen if you drink and drive. My thoughts go to this family and all others affected by people's bad choices.
